Beijing will implement mandatory garbage sorting from May 1. Shanghai has implemented mandatory garbage classification for almost a year, and with the popularity of garbage classification, the innovative garbage classification model with the help of Internet artificial intelligence has appeared in Shanghai, Beijing, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Guangdong and other provinces and cities, and is widely popular.
Where is the wisdom of garbage sorting?
The wisdom of classification, collection, transportation and disposal, and technological breakthroughs make fly ash resources
In a community in Shanghai, the 56 garbage cans in front of the previous buildings were replaced by three smart garbage bins, through these smart garbage bins, residents can swipe the card, automatically open the box, put different garbage into different boxes, the garbage bin will be weighed automatically according to the garbage put by residents, and then convert the points to feedback to the smart garbage classification resident card. It not only effectively guides residents to "zero error" garbage classification, but also encourages residents to have good habits of garbage classification.
The smart garbage can replaces the traditional garbage can to realize the intelligent and clean garbage classification and delivery. It is understood that the smart trash can is also equipped with an overflow alarm system, which can accurately know how much garbage is carried in the trash can and when it needs to be cleaned up. At the same time, through the intelligent cloud platform, the staff can clearly see the collection and transportation of different locations and different garbage, and carry out real-time monitoring of the garbage classification situation to effectively maintain the garbage classification operation.
"Smart bins can also identify people who throw away the wrong rubbish without supervision." "By scanning QR codes and other means to electronically record the personal information of garbage, and find the responsible person in a retrospective way, it can effectively control the behavior of personal garbage classification." China Tianying deputy chief engineer Han Dan said. At present, this smart trash can has been applied in more than 20 provinces and cities such as Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Beijing.
Big data, cloud services, blockchain, artificial intelligence and other technologies are applied to garbage classification. At the beginning of the national waste classification work, China Tianying has independently developed intelligent delivery containers and supporting hardware and intelligent waste classification management system, which can provide various kinds of waste intelligent delivery terminal products such as recyclables, kitchen waste, hazardous waste, other garbage, waste clothing, etc. The establishment of Tianying intelligent environmental service cloud platform from classification and delivery, classification and collection, classification and transportation to classification and disposal, to assist the government in efficient management, while forming a good interaction with resident users, and through offline independent research and development and production of intelligent positive incentive terminal products, to promote the reduction of waste classification source.
In addition to the blessing of the Internet, many bottlenecks in waste disposal also need to be broken through. For example, the disposal of fly ash generated in the process of waste incineration power generation has been a difficult problem. In 2016, China Tianying began to independently develop fly ash plasma treatment technology, and has successfully built a 40t/d plasma fly ash melting demonstration device in Haian, Jiangsu, realizing fly ash resource disposal, and has become the first unit in China to develop fly ash melting technology and glass body application standards.
In 2018, China Tianying acquired Spain's Urbaser, a world-class environmental protection company, and introduced a number of foreign advanced technologies, including Valorga dry anaerobic fermentation technology. Data show that in the domestic waste produced in China, the content of organic matter is close to 1/3 or even higher, and kitchen waste is the main component of organic matter. Because kitchen waste contains a lot of salt, oil and other substances and impurities, can not be directly used as fertilizer or other purposes, disposal in the world is a research problem. China Tianying introduced anaerobic fermentation technology, which greatly improved the conversion rate of food waste through fermentation in an anaerobic environment, and became an important technical means to treat food waste.
Garbage classification started the whole process of production capacity
In 2020, 20 billion to 30 billion yuan of production capacity will be released
Garbage classification is a whole process classification chain, from delivery to collection, transportation, and then to the final treatment, if the four links of the whole classification industry chain design and investment, industry experts expect that in 2020, the garbage classification market will release 20 billion yuan to 30 billion yuan production capacity, within 10 years, the industrial scale will reach 200 billion yuan to 300 billion yuan.
Taking Hai 'an City, a county-level city in Jiangsu Province as an example, since 2017, Hai 'an has started the practice of garbage classification. In cooperation with China Tianying, located in Hai 'an, from source classification, to the collection and transfer after classification, and the end disposal, China Tianying has realized the incineration and power generation of other garbage, the oil extraction of kitchen waste, the harmless recycling of fly ash, and the classification, recycling and resource utilization of recyclable garbage.
In 2018, for example, Haian local and surrounding areas produced a total of 360,000 tons of garbage, which, after conversion, generated a total of more than 100 million KWH of electricity, drove more than 100 local jobs, generated a total of more than 20 million yuan of economic benefits, and developed into a local representative industry.
Lu Ping, vice-president of China Tianying, said: "After sorting the waste, the dry waste is effectively recycled and the wet waste is also specially treated." From perishable waste treatment anaerobic fermentation technology to the world's advanced dry waste by-product treatment technology, today, China has formed a complete chain of garbage classification and waste end treatment, and has brought economic income to environmental protection enterprises and local governments.
Taking China Tianying as an example, according to the company's latest 2019 annual performance forecast, the company expects that the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in 2019 will be 690 million yuan to 730 million yuan, an increase of 219%-237% from 216 million yuan in the same period last year. Net profit is expected to triple, marking China Tianying in recent years to promote technology upgrading and constantly improve the industrial chain strategy, has made significant progress.
It is understood that Germany implemented garbage classification earlier, and has now established a complete waste treatment industry system, data show that the industry employs more than 250,000 people, covering engineers, workers, civil servants and other different occupations. The annual turnover is as high as 50 billion euros (about 390.8 billion yuan), accounting for about 1.5 percent of the national economic output. In Japan, rare earth elements, the most commonly used in electronic devices, are recycled from garbage to meet about 30 percent of its industrial needs.
Lu Ping said, "Garbage classification is a good thing to benefit the country and the people, which requires both the consciousness of citizens, the guidance of national policies, and the intervention of market forces in order to ensure the continuous and benign progress of garbage classification and treatment." However, China's garbage classification industry is still in its infancy, and it needs to be continuously improved and improved, and there is still a lot of room for growth."
China accelerates the implementation of the garbage classification system, 46 key cities will be basically completed by the end of 2020 garbage classification and treatment system, by the end of 2025, the national prefecture-level and above cities will be basically completed garbage classification and treatment system, garbage classification will bring new capacity innovation opportunities for all places.
