Deep cleaning of community floor
Stain treatment: Use tools such as shovels to promptly remove stains, chewing gum, and other debris from the ground to keep it clean.
Facility maintenance: Wipe the warning signs and directional signs on the ground daily to ensure they are clear and visible. Immediately wipe off the surface moisture after rain to prevent rusting or blurring.
Glass cleaning: Clean and scrape the glass below three meters of the podium every week to maintain its transparency.
Ground flushing: Every 10 days, use a faucet to thoroughly flush the ground to remove accumulated dust.
Spray pool cleaning: If there is a spray pool on the ground, it should be cleaned every half month in summer and once a month in winter to maintain its clarity and transparency.
Basement cleaning
Deep cleaning: Every 10 days, the basement garage floor will be rinsed with a faucet to thoroughly remove any stains.
Facility maintenance: The underground water pipelines will be cleaned once a month using a cleaning cloth, and fire-fighting facilities, equipment, and signage will also be cleaned once a week.
Sewage well and pipeline cleaning: Every quarter, the basement sewage well will be thoroughly cleaned, and the sewage pipeline will also be washed clean when flushing the ground.
Cleaning of channel floor tiles
Regular deep cleaning: Every month, use cleaning agents (such as stain removers, dishwashing liquid) to spread on the floor tiles, water them slightly, and thoroughly brush them with a long handled brush. After brushing, rinse with clean water until it is as clean as new, and gently wipe the wall base with a wet or dry towel to remove any contamination.
Cleaning standard: Glazed tiles should be visually clean, free of any stains, and able to clearly reflect the outline of the channel lighting. Vitrified floor tiles should be visually clean and thorough, free of debris and stains, and present the expected luster. For ordinary floor tiles, the goal is also to maintain a clean and stain free appearance when viewed visually.
Safety Notice: When using cleaning agents to scrub floor passages, special attention should be paid to avoiding corrosion of metal objects and elevator stainless steel hall doors.
