Waste classification drives industrial innovation


Big data, cloud services, blockchain, artificial intelligence and other technologies are applied to garbage classification. At the beginning of the national waste classification work, China Tianying has independently developed intelligent delivery containers and supporting hardware and intelligent waste classification management system, which can provide various kinds of waste intelligent delivery terminal products such as recyclables, kitchen waste, hazardous waste, other garbage, waste clothing, etc. The establishment of Tianying intelligent environmental service cloud platform from classification and delivery, classification and collection, classification and transportation to classification and disposal, to assist the government in efficient management, while forming a good interaction with resident users, and through offline independent research and development and production of intelligent positive incentive terminal products, to promote the reduction of waste classification source.


In addition to the blessing of the Internet, many bottlenecks in waste disposal also need to be broken through. For example, the disposal of fly ash generated in the process of waste incineration power generation has been a difficult problem. In 2016, China Tianying began to independently develop fly ash plasma treatment technology, and has successfully built a 40t/d plasma fly ash melting demonstration device in Haian, Jiangsu, realizing fly ash resource disposal, and has become the first unit in China to develop fly ash melting technology and glass body application standards.
